WHO WE ARE

Padmini Charitable Trust is a non-profitable organisation that focuses in providing the quality education and equal opportunities to the underprivileged children and helps in achieving their dreams. We believe that nurturing and molding the children through education will bring a positive transformation in their family and society around them in the future.

"As you sow, so shall reap". We sow the seeds of responsibilities and education in the children so that they can harvest the bundle of real happiness as an outcome and sharing the same with others in the future.

The trust has been registered under Indian Trusts Act and has been functioning in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Reverberating the universal philosophy of "Live and Let Live" and inspired by Bill Gates, the Padmini Charitable Trust a Non-profit, non-governmental and charitable Organization was established in the year 2017 irrespective of gender, age, caste, language, region, religion, race and opinion.

Due to the financial crisis in families, many kids are stopped from getting their education which is extremely appalling. Despite knowing or not knowing the importance of education poor families could not afford the education for their children. We from PCT would like to extend our helping hands in finding such children to bridge the gap between their little thirst of education to achieve their dream. We feel proud of being able to help them and being a part of their jubilance.

Padmini Charitable trust is created with an intention to develop strong infrastructure to serve the needy and underprivileged kids. We at Padmini Charitable Trust, in Chennai promote the living conditions of the kids at the right time and we strongly believe that we are "Destined to Serve".

Padmini Charitable Trust has a vision, that helps the students to reach the level of excellence through our dedicated service. We aim to provide maximum service to maximum Students to the maximum extent.
We also encourage students to learn and express themselves independently and thus bring out their inherent potentials. The trust believes in making the students aware about the need to build themselves and prepare themselves first before they contribute to others.

OUR MISSION
"A man without education is like a building without foundation"

We primarily focus on the education sector. We make sure that the student's huge chunks of knowledge are not wasted. We guide/mentor these active dreamers and doers of the society by:

  • Conducting various awareness programs to alleviate the essence of fear and the awkwardness that most children have and encouraging the passion for learning.
  • Providing the scholarships to the best kids that encourages them to learn more.
  • Providing intensive training to crack the competitive exams both for medicine and engineering like NEET, JEE, etc., at free of cost.
  • Sponsoring basic amenities like food, clothes and also money for economically weaker sections of the society.
  • Providing shelter for the very underprivileged families.
  • Providing special free trainings for the students for any particular subjects if they needed.
  • Providing free notebooks and other stationery materials.
  • Donating furniture like tables and benches to the schools who are in need of it.
  • Sponsoring school uniforms, bags and shoes for the students.

For Students

If you are a student who belongs to the economically weaker section of the society, you can apply for scholarship with us to pursue your studies. Deserving students will be sponsored by our Non-Profit Organization.
